Personal Nurse Button
Press the WHITE (Nurse-Line) button. You are connected to our 24-hour Nurse-Line Center through our Console. Whether it's 2 AM or 2 PM, Monday night or Sunday afternoon, with Nurse Triage you can speak to a certified RN anytime. The nurse will review your personal chart and begin assessing your medical situation immediately. With Nurse Triage you will always reach a "live person", no voicemail or busy signals. They are here when you need them 24/7, 365 days per year. Nurse Call follows all HIPAA rules and regulations. We may only share your information upon your written consent, and it can only be sent to a health care organization or to your doctor. They address all medical questions. Some of the most common concerns are headaches, dizziness, nausea, stomach pain, fever, back ache and shortness of breath. Their nurses also address questions stemming from prescribed medications (what they are for, conflicts with other meds, etc.).
